Liberty Diversified International - Gratitude Tour
LDI is a nationwide network of packaging companies that offer smart and sustainable supply chain solutions. For their 100-year anniversary, LDI decided to give back to the community through their Gratitude Tour. For 22 days, AML Events managed 27 community-centered events in 16 cities across North America.
The grand finale event required the setup of a 200-foot long tent, 25 food trucks to feed 1,000 people, a band, and fireworks. AML Events had a blast planning LDI’s gratitude tour packed with lots of logistics, activities, and appreciation to honor military personnel, first responders, and the country’s unsung heroes.
NFL Super Bowl LII - Media Lounge
In 2018, AML Events took on the massive responsibility of managing the media lounge in the Mall of America for the NFL Superbowl LII celebration. Over 10 event-packed days, this media lounge acted as the hub where globally-televised and radio interviews took place.
AML Events ensured the media lounge was welcoming to over 5,000 media from around the globe. Sponsored by the various CVB’s from around the Twin Cities metro area and other Super Bowl partners and sponsors, the Media Lounge was an astounding success.
Northwestern Health Sciences University
We’re grateful to have worked several times with one of our recurring clients, Northwestern Health Sciences University. We have assisted them with the installation of their new university president, providing CUE’s for practitioners in the Chiropractic, Massage, and other health sciences fields through various health science symposia.
As an academic institution, NHSU wanted to approach their events with both modesty and formality…and stay within slim budget margins. We collaborated with vendor partners to decorate the school cafeteria with elegant drapery and cheerful floral arrangements while utilizing the on-site caterer to come up with creative buffet-style menus.
Basilica Block Party
The annual Basilica Block Party was a two-day music festival in Minneapolis featuring popular performers such as Matchbox 20, Train, Black Pumas, and Tate McRae. AML Events managed the event food and beverage, which involved the logistics of over 12 food vendors, staffing of 15 bars and beverage stations with volunteers and bartenders, and monitoring health and safety protocols with the City of Minneapolis inspectors.
While the singers brought the music, we brought the food and beverages! AML Events had the pleasure of serving over 15,000 attendees each night. Our skilled team is capable of managing meetings and events of all sizes and will bring in vendors and other external resources accordingly.
Johnson & Johnson - Make the Connection Partner Reception
What began as a dull cement space was transformed into a lively venue for hundreds of guests. AML Events dedicated time and creativity toward using what little resources were available to design an outstanding marketing event. It showcased a new business unit and brand rollout and was completed with several sizeable grazing tables by the catering company Distrito.
The event hall was spacious and decorated with truss and drapery to create unique lounge areas, communal tables, and a chandelier over the bar. Each guest left satiated after plentiful food, drinks, and an evening of networking. Even with a blank canvas and open space, we can make your event possible and memorable.
SPAQI Perioperative Medicine Summit
The Society for Perioperative Assessment and Quality Improvement is a group of medical experts who are committed to transforming perioperative care through multidisciplinary collaboration. Their three-day annual conference features nationally renowned speakers and industry practitioners and professionals, networking opportunities, and workshops. Our goal at AML Events was to ensure that it ran smoothly and to create an environment for invaluable knowledge, CEU’s and information exchanges.
